NC STEP and Handmade in America Small Towns Revitalization Program AVI and the citizens of Andrews are grateful for the support and assistance they have received from the North Carolina Rural Center as a member of the North Carolina Small Towns Economic Prosperity Program (NC STEP) and to Handmade in America as a part of their Small Towns Revitalization Program. These programs have provided funding and coaching for AVI's Valley Trails, Freedom Pavilion and Broadband projects, as well as for ongoing renovations to the Valleytown Cultural Arts Center. |
